Michael F. White, CMPS (TM)

Mike started as a mortgage broker in 1984. His journey has included both Up and Down markets as well as Boom and Bust housing cycles. Working as a banker, broker, sales manager, division head, and as a team leader with one of the largest mortgage bankers in his region, Mike always knew what it took to make the phone ring and how to build relationships that produced referrals.

In June of 2001 Mike moved forward from conducting day to day originations to starting his own consulting and coaching company. Mike began developing training seminars for specific needs as well as working with loan officers, managers, and company owners to help originate more sales consistently.

Currently, Mike is working with clients in 22 states. They have all learned the value in weekly accountability sessions. Detail is also paid to time management, action planning, marketing a message, creating value to both clients and referral sources alike. Quite simply stated: more loans, more income, less time, and a systematic approach that begs to be duplicated.
